Oceanology International North America 2017
Come and visit us at stand D41 at Oceanology International North America from the 14th to 16th of February at the San Diego Convention Center, California.
We will be presenting our range of real-time 3D sonars including an exciting new addition to our range, the Echoscope® XD. The Echoscope® XD sees a wide-angle 90° x 40° 240kHz option added to the Echoscope®. This new variant of sonar has multiple projectors and affords increased opening angle thus significantly increasing the field-of-view and survey area of coverage. In addition to the real-time 3D imaging, which enables the Echoscope® to deliver efficiencies in projects where there is low or zero visibility conditions prevailing the new XD Dual Frequency model will enable large area imaging and mapping to be efficiently and effectively completed in support of a wide range of subsea bathymetry and imaging projects.
On-water Echoscope® Demonstration
On Wednesday 15th, we will team up with Kevin Tweed from Bay Marine Services to host an on-water Echoscope® Demonstration. We will demonstrate our original Echoscope® and its capabilities including the unique operating software Underwater Survey Explorer (USE) and will include on-water survey of the surrounding seabed area in real-time. This is an exceptional chance to experience our real-time 3D Echoscope® sonar right at the Convention Center.
We are excited to welcome you to this Demonstration, please contact salesamericas@codaoctopus.com for registration!
Additional we will be featuring interactive presentations on our stand, using live data from recent projects highlighting the capabilities of our 3D sonar and software range, including the very recent Version 7 release of our CodaOctopus® Underwater Survey Explorer Software. This release has been developed specifically to provide significant productivity and result processing capability, including real-time measurement management and reporting and 3D beam editing and image processing. Version 7 also contains our first preview release of the CodaOctopus® Volumetric Rendering Engine, which is a significant technology breakthrough for sonar data as it provides the capability for the unique volumetric Echoscope® data to be rendered as a textured volumetric model with much higher resolution than normal and more efficient memory storage.
