Advisory Note - Microsoft® Windows 11 - 24H2 Update

Dear Valued Customer,

 

We wish to inform you that the recent Windows 11 update (24H2) has introduced changes that affect compatibility with several essential Services required to operate CodaOctopus® 3D Software, specifically:

 

  • 4G USE®
  • PIPE CORE
  • Underwater Survey Explorer® (USE®)
  • Construction Monitoring System® (CMS®)
  • 4G USE® Headless

 

We are actively working to address this compatibility issue and will provide updates as soon as a solution is available.

 

In the interim, as a temporary workaround, we recommend that you maintain your Windows 11 operating system on version 23H2 to ensure the correct access and function of your CodaOctopus® software.

 

If your PC has already been impacted by the 24H2 update, please refer to this guide for instructions on reverting to version 23H2. Please note that the rollback option is time-sensitive, as defined by Microsoft, and must be completed within 10 days
